GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) shall govern the commercial relationship between ICARECTG TRAINNING SL and the user or client for the contracting carried out through the forms that ICARECTG TRAINNING SL makes available on its WWW.ICARECTG.COM.
Booking through the websites of ICARECTG TRAINNING SL implies express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for user navigation through the pages owned by ICARECTG TRAINNING SL.
These conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter that are applicable in each case.
The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between ICARECTG TRAINNING SL and the user or client, in accordance with legal stipulations, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the current and applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
ICARECTG TRAINNING SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. These modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.
Information prior to booking
ICARECTG TRAINNING SL informs that the booking procedure through its web pages is detailed in the corresponding section for the formalization of the booking.
Likewise, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL informs that the user can have access to the conditions of use that it has available on the same website.
By booking with ICARECTG TRAINNING SL through its website, the user or client expressly declares to know, understand and accept these conditions of use and the General Conditions. In the same way, the user declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and capacity to act necessary to access the websites of ICARECTG TRAINNING SL and to contract through them. BOOKING OPERATION

However, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers offered to its clients through its website, by simply changing the content thereof. In this way, the products and/or services offered at any time by the ICARECTG TRAINNING SL website shall be governed by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the power to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the products and/or services mentioned.
Indication of prices.
Each possible booking offered shall have its price indicated and whether it includes VAT or any other tax that, where appropriate, is applicable. The prices indicated on the screen shall be those in force at any time except for typographical errors. When the price is different for the reason explained above, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL will notify the client, via e-mail, before proceeding to charge for the booking.
Availability.
The availability of the offers offered by ICARECTG TRAINNING SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although ICARECTG TRAINNING SL updates the database periodically, the booking requested by the client may be complete at that time. In such case, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL will send an e-mail to the client informing them of the impossibility of the availability of the offer.
Payment methods.
ICARECTG TRAINNING SL requests in the bookings through its website the data of a credit card, booking holder, to guarantee the effectiveness of the same. The invoice corresponding to the booking will be paid directly at the establishment, either in cash, with a credit card or in any other way accepted by the establishment.
– VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, the data on your credit card are entered directly on the bank’s page, in the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and are not entered or registered on any ICARECTG TRAINNING SL server.
When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the web.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder shall be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the request for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the latter shall be obliged to ICARECTG TRAINNING SL to compensate for the damages caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
Cancellation of the booking.
In case of cancellation up to 2 months before the Masterclass, the client will be reimbursed 80% of the registration fee. From then on, no cancellations or cancellations of registrations will be accepted, nor will any amount be returned, either partially or totally.

Withdrawal.
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by ICARECTG TRAINNING SL with CIF B-67450288 and registered office at Av República Argentina, 15 2-2 08023 Barcelona, in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between both parties. In compliance with current regulations, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL informs that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned precepts.
Unless you tell us otherwise, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use them for the aforementioned purposes.
ICARECTG TRAINNING SL informs that it will proceed to process the data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and updated manner. That is why ANNA GRACIA PEREZ- BONFILS undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures to ensure that these are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
Likewise, ICARECTG TRAINNING SL reserves the right to present any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory.
Should any controversy arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. ICARECTG TRAINNING SL has its registered office in BARCELONA, Spain.
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), ICARECTG TRAINNING SL informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the Social Network(s) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Google +, with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.
