She was awarded an EBCOG European Scholarship in 2014, which allowed her to complete an honorary clinical fellowship in high-risk obstetrics at St George\u2019s Hospital. There, she worked with Dr. Chandraharan and began her passion for fetal monitoring.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">After completing her residency, she extended the fellowship to complete her training. During that time, she published different papers and carried out an audit for the CNST (NHS). <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">She regularly participated as a speaker in Fetal Monitoring Masterclasses in the UK and Ireland since 2015. In 2016, she created icareCTG, a divulgative project with Dr. Chandraharan and Dr. Susana Pereira, whose objective is to offer training in fetal monitoring based on pathophysiology to gynecologists and midwives in Spanish-speaking countries. Since its inception, it has held 20 masterclasses, with more than 5000 students in total.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Anna is part of the Board of Physiological-CTG interpretation and is co-author and peer-reviewer of the Guideline based on fetal physiology for interpretation of the CTGs, implemented in 14 countries. She is a member of the CTG Masterclass training team in the UK and abroad. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Anna leads different multicenter scientific studies and is pursuing a doctorate in fetal monitoring. She has made several publications on this topic in international journals and is the author of different book chapters. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">She is a member of the Perinatal Medicine section of the Catalan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Originally from Portugal, she graduated from the University of Porto in 1998. After finishing, she volunteered in Africa (Sao Tome and Principe) where she began her passion for gynecology and Obstetrics. She completed her residency in Portugal and a fellowship in Fetal Medicine at King\u2019s College Hospital with Prof Nicolaides.   <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Later in Portugal, she launched the Fetal Medicine unit and directed it for 3 years. In 2014, she returned to London to complete her sub-specialty in Fetal and Maternal Medicine at King\u2019s College. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2015-2017, she worked as an attending physician at Kingston Hospital and led the patient safety project, introducing interpretation based on pathophysiology, with improvement of perinatal results, morbidity, and mortality. The project was selected to receive the HSJ award in 2017 and 2018 in the categories of Maternity and midwifery service and training and education. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Susana is part of the CTG Masterclass training team in the UK and abroad and is part of the Board of Physiological-CTG. She is also a PROMPT (Practical Obstetric Multi-Professional Training) instructor. In 2015, she received an \u201cExcellent Teaching\u201d certificate at St George\u2019s University and was nominated \u201cTrainer of the Year\u201d by the residents of South London.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">She currently works as a clinical lead at the Royal Hospital. He applied basic knowledge of general physiology, the advances that have been made in fetal physiology, and applied common sense. With all this, he proposed a different way of working, which has been shown to improve perinatal results.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Edwin was head of service and Lead for Clinical Governance for Obstetrics and Gynaecology from 2005 to 2017 at St George\u2019s Hospital, London. He was also Clinical Director for Women\u2019s services in 2015. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">He teaches more than 40 courses a year on fetal monitoring as well as post-partum hemorrhage and obstetric emergencies, among others. He has directed the workshop \u201cTraining the Trainers\u201d and has been the coordinator of the course \u201cBasic Practical Skills Course\u201d at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). He is co-organizer at the RCOG of \u201cIntrapartum Fetal Surveillance Course\u201d and one of the members of the Editorial Board of the National E-learning for Healthcare in Electronic Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dr. Chandraharan has made more than 100 publications between national and international journals and book chapters. Edwin Chandraharan is co-author of the book \u201cObstetric and Intrapartum Emergencies: A Practical Guide to Management\u201d and \u201cHigh Risk Pregnancy: Management Options\u201d. In 2015, he was one of the 3 members of the international Committee to review the FIGO Guidelines of CTG, which have been implemented in approx 50 countries. In 2016, he published the book \u201cHandbook of CTG Interpretation: From Patterns to Physiology\u201d (Cambridge University Press, 2016).   <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">He is a reviewer for The Lancet, BJOG, Journal of Perinatal Medicine, The Green Journal and European Journal of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology and editorial consultant for Labour and Delivery in The Global Library of Women\u2019s Medicine.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Edwin Chandraharan launched and led a multi-disciplinary team of reference at the state level for the management of pregnant women with placenta percreta. He is the author of the surgical technique \u201cTriple P Procedure\u201d that allows a less invasive treatment of the placenta percreta, without the need for hysterectomy and that is currently being implemented in different countries. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2017, he received the prestigious BMJ Award for Clinical Leadership in Fetal Monitoring.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2019, he was hired as an advisor for intrapartum management by the NHS in Basildon, Broomfield &amp; Southend University Hospitals Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Essex.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">He is passionate about ensuring quality patient care with a strong focus on team training as a measure to improve, risk management, and patient
